Accessibility
Accessibility
We build software intended to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology.

Our commitment
PickYou Technologies Inc. treats accessibility as a design and engineering requirement rather than a final check. We aim to align our websites and products with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a working target, and we improve against that target over time.
What we do
- Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page
- Full keyboard operation with visible focus indicators
- Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images hidden from assistive technology
- Form fields with associated labels, clear error messages, and live status updates
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences in animation and transitions
- Layouts that work at mobile, tablet, and desktop sizes and reflow when zoomed
Known limitations
This website is new and has not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit. We do not claim conformance certification. Where we identify barriers, we record them and prioritize fixes.
Assistive technology and alternatives
If any content or function on this site is not accessible to you, we will provide the information or complete the task through another channel. Tell us what you were trying to do and how you prefer to be contacted.
Reporting a barrier
Please use the contact form on this website and describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or settings you were using. We treat accessibility reports as service issues and respond accordingly.
Review
We review this statement as our website and products change, and we update the practices listed above to reflect what we actually do.
