Government & Public Sector
Digital modernization that public organizations can support for years.
We build software for public service delivery with accessibility, security, interoperability, and continuity treated as requirements from the beginning.
How we approach public sector work
Modernization measured by service delivery, not technology count.
Public organizations carry obligations that commercial buyers do not. Our approach is built around those obligations.
Practical digital modernization
We start with a service that is difficult to deliver today and improve it end to end, rather than proposing a platform replacement.
Local and northern context
We work from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada, and design for connectivity limits, distance, seasonal demand, and small operating teams.
Responsible deployment
Rollouts are staged, reversible where possible, and accompanied by training, documentation, and support planning.
Accessibility
We build to recognized web accessibility practices: semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, contrast, and text alternatives.
Security and privacy
Least-privilege access, role separation, secure development practices, and data minimization are part of standard delivery.
Interoperability
We favour documented interfaces and data exports so systems can exchange information and be replaced without lock-in.
Long-term support
We plan maintenance, monitoring, and knowledge transfer so a system remains supportable across staff and budget cycles.
Transparency in scope
We describe what a system will and will not do, and we do not claim certifications or approvals we have not earned.
Where we can help
- Community and regional service coordination
- Digitizing paper or phone-based service intake
- Operational reporting and record-keeping
- Workflow automation between existing systems
- Accessible public-facing service interfaces
Procurement and documentation
We can provide company information, technical documentation, security summaries, and references appropriate to a review process on request. We hold no third-party security certifications at this time and make no representations about standing offers, vendor lists, or procurement vehicles.
Configuration required before launch: official procurement contact and business registration details to be published here after verification.
Public sector inquiries
Speak with our team.
Tell us about the service, the constraints, and any timeline or review process involved. We will respond with a plain assessment of fit.
